As licensed builders, our work is always completed with full compliance with South Australian building regulations as well as the Building Code of Australia (BCA). This means all our structures are built to withstand wind classification Region A for most of metropolitan Adelaide and N1-N4 for coastal, hillside, elevated or open areas.
We use high-quality, reliable, 100% Australian steel such as Unicote or Colorbond®, which are specially reinforced with alloy coatings or embedded with anti-corrosion and damage-resistant layers. For areas with a high risk of atmospheric corrosion, particularly coastal areas, we use Colorbond® Ultra with an AM150 coating and Superdura Stainless to resist rusting.
